good breakfast easy access great location ac problem old hotel closed shops
The breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. The location was also good. Terminal 21 was close and there was a short walk to the beach. Baht buses were nearby, SO it was easy to get around.
I had problems with the AC not working. I think the hotel SHOWS its age. Shops and restaurants around the former supermarket are now closed because of the community development there.

helpful staff refreshing escape city's hustle
the resort felt very secluded from the city's hustle.. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. i particularly enjoyed the well-kept pools.
My room, while clean, felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization. The furniture showed signs of wear.

The beautiful double or twin room balcony included a spacious balcony with seating for two. The room also featured a mini-fridge, a safe, and a television with international channels.

pleasant stay and minor issues
good location friendly staff easy access stained bed sheet bad smell power issue
the location was good i thought. it was close to terminal 21 and just a short walk to the beach. baht bus access was close too so it was easy to get around. i also found the staff friendly. everyone i walked past greeted me and said hello.
my room wasnt as good as it looked in the pictures. i saw the bed sheet had stains. also the room had a slight bad smell to it. the power kept cutting out every five minutes, annoying.

friendly staff swimming pools ac problems old hotel
the staff was very friendly. i also found the breakfast great, there were three swimming pools. it seems suitable for vacations.
The ac had issues. It was not working. the hotel appears a bit old. It is showing its age now.

bathroom mold loud air conditioning
the location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby amenities.
The bathroom had mold. it was not only unsightly but also concerning. the air conditioning was rather loud, disturbing sleep, and the internet service cut out for hours. This made it hard to work.
